The KJJ12 is a rugged Intrinsically Safe Network Switch tailored for underground digital communication backbones. It ensures stable data, video, and voice transmission in explosive atmospheres without the risk of electrical ignition.

Network Connectivity:

  • Fiber Ports: Features 5 Gigabit SFP Fiber Ports using LC connectors. It supports 1000Mbps full-duplex transmission over Single-mode Fiber (1310nm) with a maximum distance of 10km.

  • Copper Ports: Includes 4 Gigabit RJ45 Ports supporting 10/100/1000Mbps adaptive speeds, with a maximum transmission distance of 100m.

  • Serial Interface: Equipped with 5 RS485 Serial Ports for seamless integration of various mining sensors and control devices.

System Reliability:

  • Redundancy Protocol: Supports Ring Network Topology (RSTP/MSTP/ERPS) with a self-healing recovery time of < 50ms, ensuring network continuity during single-point failures.

  • Data Integrity: Optimized for low latency and high-bandwidth industrial automation tasks.
