Refund policy

1. Standard B2B Return Policy

Due to the industrial, high-specification, and capital-intensive nature of our product lines (including Advanced Security Inspection Systems, Explosion-Proof CCTV, and CNC Machinery), Yuchen Technology operates strictly under a B2B commercial trade framework.

No Unconditional Returns: We do not accept returns or cancellations for mid-to-large-scale industrial orders, bulk shipments, or customized products once manufacturing has commenced or shipment has been dispatched, unless a verifiable catastrophic manufacturing defect is proven.

Return Authorization Required: In the exceptional event that a return is legally or contractually sanctioned, items sent back to our manufacturing facilities without a verified Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by our engineering team will be rejected.

2. 12-Month Factory Warranty & Defective Items

We stand behind our 20+ years of manufacturing excellence. Every unit leaves our facility only after passing rigorous, multi-stage Quality Control (QC) and calibration stress tests.

Inspection Upon Arrival: Buyers are contractually required to thoroughly inspect all industrial machinery, access control hardware, and screening equipment immediately upon cargo arrival at the destination port or facility.

Manufacturing Defects: If any equipment or component is found to be defective, damaged during transit (subject to Incoterms like FOB, CIF, EXW), or non-functional upon reception, please contact us within 7 business days at sales@618yuchen.com.

Our Commitment: We will instantly evaluate the technical evaluation report or video evidence provided by your engineering team. For verified factory defects, we will dispatch free replacement parts, provide remote technical integration support, or authorize a structural exchange to make it right.

3. Customized & OEM/ODM Products

A significant portion of our output consists of custom-engineered solutions (such as custom-branded smart locks, bespoke software integrations for facial recognition access terminals, or customized CNC laser marking enclosures).

Non-Returnable Policy: All custom-fabricated products, special OEM engineering orders, and private-labeled contract manufacturing goods are 100% non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are engineered exclusively to your unique technical blueprints and tolerances.

4. International Commercial Trade Disputes & Refunds

Approved Refunds: In rare scenarios where a financial refund or credit note is officially approved after a third-party commercial arbitration or technical auditing process, the refund will be executed via corporate bank wire transfer (T/T) or credited back to the original corporate letter of credit (L/C) framework within 10-15 business days.

Delayed Transactions: Please note that international banking clearing networks may require additional processing time to post large-scale B2B commercial credits. If you have not received your approved transaction after 15 business days, please contact our financial desk at sales@618yuchen.com.
