At Yuchen Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd., we possess over 20 years of robust experience managing global industrial supply chains and heavy-equipment maritime logistics. Because our product lines (including Advanced Security Inspection Systems, Explosion-Proof CCTV, and Precision CNC Machinery) consist of high-specification, heavy-duty, and capital-intensive hardware, all shipments are executed under standard B2B International Commercial Terms (Incoterms 2020) framework rather than standard consumer parcel mail.

1. Supported B2B Trade Terms (Incoterms 2020)

To offer maximum flexibility to our global distributors and corporate buyers, we officially support and regularly execute shipments under the following Incoterms:

EXW (Ex Works): Buyer arranges full cargo pickup directly from our manufacturing facility in Shandong, China.

FOB (Free on Board): We manage domestic trucking, export clearances, and deliver the cargo onto the buyer's designated vessel at primary Chinese ports (typically Qingdao Port or Shanghai Port).

CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We arrange ocean freight and cargo insurance to the buyer's designated destination seaport.

Note: For specialized turn-key projects or specific regional requirements, please consult our logistics desk (sales@618yuchen.com) to negotiate custom freight frameworks.

2. Manufacturing Lead Times & Dispatch Schedules

Because our hardware undergoes rigorous multi-stage Quality Control (QC), electronic aging calibration, and stress testing before dispatching, lead times vary based on order volume:

Standard Inventory & Components: Dispatched within 7 to 14 business days after formal payment confirmation.

Bulk Commercial Orders & Heavy CNC Machinery: Typically requires 20 to 45 business days for complete assembly-line fabrication, software calibration (e.g., for biometric gate access systems), and factory-level inspection.

Custom OEM/ODM Engineering Orders: Customized housing fabrications, custom private-label branding, or dedicated software integrations will follow a mutually signed project timeline timeline.

3. Industrial Packing & Cargo Protection Standards

To prevent any physical or environmental damage during long-distance ocean freight and terminal handling, we implement strict export-grade packaging:

Heavy Machinery & Scanners: Enclosed in ISPM 15 certified fumigation-free heavy wooden cases, reinforced with internal steel framing, shock-absorbing foam lining, and industrial vacuum anti-rust moisture-barrier bags.

Precision Hardware Tools & Electronics: Packed in multi-layer corrugated high-burst-strength cartons, palletized, and wrapped in secure heavy-duty stretch film with edge protectors.

4. Shipping Carriers, Port Loading, and Freight Tracking

Ocean Freight (LCL / FCL): For bulk hardware and heavy machinery, we coordinate with leading international shipping lines (such as COSCO, MAERSK, ONE, MSC) utilizing Less-than-Container Load (LCL) or Full Container Load (FCL, 20ft/40ft containers).

Air Freight & Express (For Samples/Urgent Parts): For urgent electronic parts, smart locks, or handheld detectors, we deploy major global couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS).

Logistics Tracking: Upon vessel loading or courier dispatch, our documentation department will instantly forward full tracking metadata, including the Bill of Lading (B/L), tracking numbers, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and certified Factory QC Reports to your corporate email.

5. Customs Clearance, Duties, and Import Tariffs

Export Clearances: Yuchen Technology holds full legal export rights in China. We take 100% responsibility for executing all customs clearances at the Chinese port of loading.

Import Duties & Destination Tariffs: Unless a DDP framework is contractually finalized, the buying entity is solely responsible for hiring a licensed customs broker at the destination port, paying localized import duties, VAT, processing fees, and arranging final inland delivery to your facility.

6. Shipping Damage & Risk Transference Claims

Risk Transference: In strict accordance with the designated Incoterm (e.g., FOB), the risk of physical loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the cargo passes the ship's rail at the loading port.

Cargo Insurance: For CIF shipments, we secure standard marine cargo insurance covering 110% of the invoice value.

Filing a Claim: In the rare event that cargo arrives with visible transit damage, the buyer's warehouse team must log a formal exception on the carrier’s Delivery Receipt, take high-resolution photographic/video evidence, and contact our support engineering desk at sales@618yuchen.com within 5 business days so we can assist in compiling an insurance or technical evaluation report.
